Cooking course schedule
In groups of maximum of 10 students, you will be able to explore and cook a typical Lyonais meal. You will be guided through the process of preparing a three course meal, from the starter, the main course, and finally the dessert. Once you have finished preparing your meal, you and your group will taste your culinary creations with great French wines, which Sylvain will have chosen to suit each course.
The cooking course takes place on a Thursday morning.
On Thursdays, the French language course is scheduled in the afternoon with the main course topic focusing on nutrition and gastronomy.
The social and cultural aspects of the French cuisine, the related vocabulary, the composition of recipes as well as ordering in a restaurant, are some examples of what this course will offer you.
