Learn French & wine tasting - ESL Lyon

The module tour will take place within the ESL school in Lyon. Wine masters from the culinary capital of Lyon France, will share their extensive knowledge with you. From acquiring knowledge of the names of the different wine regions of France to tasting and understanding a selection of the wine master’s fine wines. Lyon lies between two important and well known wine regions: the Bourgogne and the Rhone valley. Bourgogne is renowned for its white wine and the Rhone valley for its red wine. To experience each type of wine to their fullest, our wine masters will enlighten you on the nature of the wines on two separate evenings. The first evening will be the discussion and discovery of the white wines and the second evening the red wines.
