What happens next ?
1. We will confirm your booking within 10 days of receiving your enrolment. If the course you have chosen is already fully booked, we will get in touch with you as soon as possible.
2. The confirmation of your booking will be accompanied by a welcome letter and an invoice giving particulars of the language student, course chosen, any special requirements and method of transport selected for arrival and departure.
3. Approximately two weeks before the start of the course, you will receive a course guide. This contains precise details on your stay, especially your accommodation, your arrival, the school’s regulations and the emergency telephone numbers on which you will be able to reach us anytime.
4. Should you require an official letter of invitation from ESL in order to apply for a visa, we will get in touch with the Swiss embassy in your country upon receipt of your payment. Please let us know whether you require such a letter.
