Filling out the enrolment form

Carefully read through the pages of the website that describe the course venue you are interested in.
Take note of the relevant dates of the course you wish to book.
Complete all the relevant sections of the enrolment form so that we can send you full confirmation of your enrolment. Each individual section is described on the website.
Please pay special attention to the "Insurance" section. Cancellation insurance can be taken out for a premium equal to 3% of the course fee (without enrolment fee). Those registering for an ESL course must have a health and accident insurance for your destination: Switzerland, France or Germany.
Please do not forget to agree with the general conditions. Otherwise your enrolment form cannot be sent to ESL.
After filling out all sections of the form, please click “SEND” in order to send us your enrolment.

Payment

Please do not pay in advance, but wait until you receive our enrolment confirmation. Any bank charges resulting from a cheque payment or money transfer will be charged to the course participant.

1. We will confirm your booking within 10 days of receiving your enrolment. If the course you have chosen is already fully booked, we will get in touch with you as soon as possible.

2. The confirmation of your booking will be accompanied by a welcome letter and a detailed invoice according to the chosen course, options, accommodation and possible transfers.

3. Approximately two weeks before the start of the course, you will receive documents concerning the course with all the details and necessary information about the school and its rules, the accommodation, your possible transfers, as well as the fax and telephone numbers for all of your contact people.

4. Should you require an official letter of invitation from ESL in order to apply for a visa, we will get in touch with the Swiss embassy in your country upon receipt of your payment. Please let us know whether you require such a letter.
