Cooking course schedule
You will have three tasting sessions and test your know-how in a group of 10 students maximum.
You will first take part in a cookery course at one of the city’s well-known workshops.
One afternoon will be spent visiting the Halles de Lyon Paul Bocuse, where 58 traders showcase the best of the region’s produce. Your guide will explain the history of our produce and choose an assortment of delicious concoctions that you will love tasting!
You will enjoy an evening meal in a Bocuse brasserie: soak up the restaurant’s atmosphere and savour the taste of its sensational dishes.
Of course, a stay in Lyon is not complete without a visit to a typical market and you will have the choice between a farmer’s market, an organic market or the Quai Saint-Antoine Market depending on your timetable. A veritable pilgrimage to the land of good food!
