Learn French in France - ESL Nice - French Courses

Specialised in the teaching of French as a foreign language (FLE), our school is amongst the most reputed on the Côte d'Azur. More than 2500 students, representing almost 40 nationalities, choose to come here each year to learn French.

Our teaching method

With the aim of promoting a rapid and easy progress in acquiring language knowledge and of developing the communication skills of the students, our methodology is based on an approach which favours real-life contexts by drawing on teaching support materials and authentic documents.

The teachers, who are all native French speakers with university degrees, provide motivating teaching that constantly stimulates the students’ desire to learn and to express themselves.

Personalised support is given to each student throughout his/her stay and a teacher specialised in the most recent technologies proposes help in the computer room in order to optimise the autonomous work carried out by students.

For all levels, the objectives of the general French courses are defined in accordance with the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages). A regular evaluation of acquired language knowledge allows for an attentive follow-up on the progress of each student.

Courses adapted to each level

Throughout the year, our school proposes courses adapted to each language level, from beginner to advanced. It is possible to enter a course each Monday for all levels, except for complete beginners and students of C2 level (entry takes place each first Monday of the month, from January to November).
