Learning French at ESL Nice, France: Accommodation

The quality of the French courses  you take is of course important, but being surrounded by a stimulating familial environment is also one of the keys to the success of your language study stay. In Nice, the level of accommodation offered is of a very good standard, which favours even more integration.

Host family

Selected for their availability and their kindness, the great majority of families are situated within a perimeter of less than 30 minutes’ walking distance from the school. Choosing to live in a host family is surely the surest way of discovering life "à la française" and to practise the language in the most authentic setting there is.

Residence "Campus Central" (from 18 years)

Situated in the main building of the school, the residence has single or double rooms with a shower and toilets. On each floor, a fully-equipped kitchen, with a television corner, favours convivial meetings among students.

Residence "Montebello" (from 18 years)

During the high season (July and August), the Montobello residence offers an additional accommodation possibility in a single or double room. Located a few minutes by tram away from the school, in a nice park and a very quiet district, the "Montobello" residence is perfecly suited to students who favour student life. There are no catering possibilities on-site, but numerous restaurants and snack bars nearby offer attractive prices upon presentation of the school’s student card.

Studios and hotels

For students wishing to have complete independence, numerous accommodation possibilities in a studio or hotel also exist.  Contact us if you're interested.

Course without accommodation

If you have already organised your accommodation yourself, you can of course take classes and participate in the extracurricular activities like the other students. In this case, you only pay the fees inherent to the language classes and the enrolment fees.
